Relaxation Exercise


Crazy, fun, social, busy, weekend. Finally I have some time for myself. I did many things this weekend. Like breaking my phone. I think I sat on it because it was in my back pocket. I know it’s late and I'm doing homework. The relaxation exercise actually works. I did it a few minutes ago. I was lying in my bed and concentrating. Making the blood from my abdominal area go to my arms and fingers. It felt so relaxing. I couldn’t lift my arms because they felt relax and heavy. I did it with my eyes closed. I was falling asleep, but then had the extra energy to finish this post. Need to sleep because I have to work tomorrow. I mean later today LOL. Happy Memorial Day to all!

    I did mine late at night as well but it was amazing how I was able to find the energy needed to finish homework and my other chores. I am actually off today and I decided to work on my inner-being. I actually don't get stressed to the point of "freaking" out and often people say that I don't seem to care. Like I say; "no need to sweat the small stuff".

  2. I think the mind/body connection really has the potential to amaze us while indulging in these type of relaxation exercises. Just the way you explained how your arms were heavy due to the mind experience you were having is simply amazing. This is a strong support of the mind/body connection. I will begin using this on a regular basis.
